To maintain strict discipline, expedite progress, and enhance efficiency, we have implemented specific precautionary measures within the institution. Compliance with these measures is mandatory, and any failure to do so may result in disciplinary action without prior notice.
Activities such as running, playing, shouting, or causing disturbances are not permitted within the school premises during class hours. All games and sports should be conducted during the allocated time slots.
Students are expected to show respect to all teachers and authorities, maintaining courteous and polite behavior in all circumstances.
Any damage caused to school property or to the belongings of staff or fellow students must be compensated for.
Punctuality is essential; latecomers may not be allowed to enter the school or class, and habitual tardiness could result in suspension.
Proper school uniform is mandatory. Students found without the correct uniform during regular checks will face consequences.
The school authorities cannot be held responsible for any misconduct or indiscipline exhibited by students outside the school premises.
Minimum attendance requirements are as follows:
- Nursery to IV: 80 percent
- Std. V to VIII: 80 percent
- Std. IX to XII: 80 percent in each period. Students falling short of this attendance requirement will not be allowed to sit for examinations.
Students absent without a leave application from their parents for more than one day will not be admitted to class without permission from the Principal.
Students absent without leave for 10 consecutive days will face expulsion from the school.
In case of extended illness, students must provide a medical certificate.
Absence with leave application from parents will incur a fine of Re.1 per day, and all fines will be reflected in the monthly bill.
Any misbehavior during examinations or in the examination hall will result in failure in the subject and severe disciplinary action.
Students must bring textbooks, notebooks, and the school diary to class regularly.
Parents/Guardians should assist their wards with homework and regularly check their school diaries.
As English is the medium of instruction, students are required to converse in English within the school premises.
No visitors are allowed to contact students without prior permission from the office.
Students will not be called out of class to attend phone calls unless deemed urgent.
Participation in school activities and functions is mandatory, and students must wear the school uniform unless instructed otherwise.
For students seeking a transfer to another branch of Central Academy, the following documents are required from the previous branch:
- Recommendation letter from the Director or Principal.
- Progress report of the previous class in the current session.
- Attendance certificate of the present class.
- Fee card and clearance certificate.
- Migration certificate [T.C.] if transferred from one state to another; T.C. if within a state; office records and details written on the provided form, endorsed by the Principal for local transfers.
